Solid choice for cakes

I got the Pineapple Cake for a small celebration. Ordering on their website was straightforward. Delivery to Pune was within 3 days, and the cake arrived in perfect condition, packaging was good. The cake itself tasted fresh and soft. I had a quick question about delivery time and their customer support responded quickly. Satisfied with the quality and service.

Absolutely delightful experience!

I finally decided to treat myself from Theobroma after hearing so much about them, and wow, I'm so glad I did! The ordering process on their website was super straightforward, really easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I picked out a few different chocolates and some brownies, and checkout was a breeze. What really blew me away was the delivery. It arrived even quicker than I expected, and everything was packed so perfectly. Not a single chocolate out of place, and the brownies were still fresh and moist. The quality of everything is just exceptional – you can really taste the difference. I even had a small query about an ingredient (just out of curiosity!) and their support team was quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll be ordering from them again very soon, probably for gifting too!

Good brownies, quick delivery

Ordered an Overload Brownie last week. It was super tasty, and arrived pretty fast, took like 2 days to reach my place in Bangalore. Overall a nice experience, will order again.

Always reliable for gifts

This is like my fifth time ordering from Theobroma, usually for gift hampers or cakes. This time I sent a Festive Gift Box to my sister. The consistency is always there – items are fresh, and delivery is predictable. I ordered it on a Tuesday and it reached her on Friday, which was good for a cross-city delivery. Their Hazelnut Mousse Cake is a personal favorite too; it's always a hit. Haven't had any issues with them over the years, which is why I keep coming back for special occasions.

Good quality, but shipping could be faster

I finally decided to try Theobroma for some chocolates and sweets for a small gathering. The website itself was easy enough to navigate, found what I wanted pretty quick. The chocolates were really good quality, everyone liked them, especially the truffles. Packaging was nice and everything arrived intact, which is important for sweets. My only small issue was the delivery time. It took a bit longer than I expected, about 5 days, when I was hoping for maybe 3. Not a huge deal since I ordered with enough lead time, but just something to keep in mind if you need something urgently. Still, happy with the purchase and would probably order again for the quality.

Decent, but a bit of a wait

Finally decided to give Theobroma a try after seeing their ads everywhere for chocolates. Ordering on the website (order.theobroma.in) was pretty straightforward, no real hiccups there. I got a box of assorted chocolates for a small get-together. The quality of the chocolates themselves was quite good, I'll give them that. Rich and fresh, definitely tasted premium. My main gripe was the delivery. It took a bit longer than I expected, around 4 days, even though I'm in a metro city. I mean, for sweets, you kind of want them a bit quicker, especially if you're planning for something specific. So, good product, but the delivery experience could use some speeding up. Mixed feelings really.

My go-to for sweet cravings!

Okay, so I finally decided to order from Theobroma after seeing their ads everywhere, and seriously, I'm so glad I did! I got a mix of their chocolates and some brownies, and oh my goodness, everything was just perfect. The website was super easy to navigate, which was a relief, and my order arrived pretty quickly, all nicely packed. Nothing was melted or squished, which sometimes happens with online sweet orders, you know? I'm already planning my next order, probably for a friend's birthday. Totally worth it!
